EmployeeXperience® (eX) is where you see your pay and manage your own information at work. This article explains what you can do in eX, how to use it on a computer or a phone, and who to contact when you have a question.

What You Can Do in eX
What you see depends on what your employer has turned on, so some of these may not appear for you.

| Pay | See your last check and your pay history, open and print your pay statements, and manage your direct deposit accounts and tax withholding |
| Time | See your time off balances and request a leave of absence. If your employer uses a time system, open it from eX |
| Tasks | Complete forms and other tasks your employer sends you |
| Reports | Run reports on your pay, and open your W2 |
| Benefits | See your benefits and covered dependents, and choose your benefits during open enrollment |
| Company | Find coworkers, company documents and job openings, and ask the Workplace Assistant questions about company policies |
| Performance | Track your goals, give feedback when asked, and complete your reviews |
| Personal | Keep your emergency contacts up to date, and read your messages and documents |
Using eX on a Computer or a Phone
eX works in any web browser. The pages are the same on a computer and on a phone, but the menus look different:
- On a computer, the menu runs across the top of the page. Your name, at the top right, opens your account settings.
- On a phone, there's a row of tabs under the eX header: Pay, Time, Home, Tasks and More. Everything else is under More.

NOTE: You may see a Classic view option in the menu. It switches to the older eX layout, and it will be removed in the future. The help articles describe the current layout.
The EmployeeXperience Mobile App
You can also use eX through the free EmployeeXperience app from Primepoint:
- Download it on the App Store for iPhone and iPad
- Get it on Google Play for Android phones and tablets
Sign in with your eX username and password. What you can do in the app depends on what your employer has turned on, and its screens look different from the website these articles describe.
Who to Contact
Your employer manages your pay, taxes, benefits and eX account. For questions about your pay or your information, contact your payroll administrator. They can also help if you're locked out of eX, or if something you expect to see isn't there.
