This article explains how to find coworkers in the EmployeeXperience® (eX) Company Directory, see who reports to whom on the org chart, and find yourself.
On a computer: Company > Company Directory
On a phone: tap More, then Company, then Company Directory
People
People is the first view. Your own card is shown first. Each card shows the person's photo, title, department, direct reports, email, phone and work address. Click See in org chart to find them on the org chart.
Use Search to find someone by name, title or department.
When you open someone's card, their chain of command shows above it, with Reports to their manager. Click Back to me to return to your own card.
Org Chart
Org chart shows the company as a tree. Click a person to show or hide the people under them, or use Expand all and Collapse all. Find me jumps to you. Use the zoom buttons to make it bigger or smaller.
People with no manager on file are grouped under No manager listed.
A–Z
A–Z lists everyone alphabetically. Use the department filter to narrow the list.
Pro-Tip: Say hi on the Home page's Celebrations This Month card opens that person in the directory.
