This article explains how to choose whether you get your W2 (and Form 1095-C, if your employer provides one) electronically in EmployeeXperience® (eX), and whether you get paper pay stubs for direct deposits.
On a computer: Pay > Paperless Settings
On a phone: tap Pay, then Paperless Settings
Electronic W2 Delivery
W2/ACA Electronic Delivery Preference shows your current choice and, if you agreed, the date you did.
- Click Change.
- Read the consent, then click Accept to get your forms electronically, or Decline to get them on paper.
If you accept, your W2 appears in eX each year. See Year End Reports and Your W2.
NOTE: eX may ask you this the first time you sign in. You can change your answer here at any time.
Paperless Pay Stubs
Paperless Direct Deposit Preference shows whether you're enrolled in paperless direct deposit stubs.
- Click Change.
- Click Turn ON Paperless Direct Deposit Stubs or Turn OFF Paperless Direct Deposit Stubs.
- Click Yes to confirm.
This setting is only for direct deposit stubs. It doesn't affect paper checks. Your pay statements are always in eX either way. See Pay History.
