This article answers common questions about EmployeeXperience® (eX): missing menus, changes that haven't shown up, using eX on a phone, and who to contact.
Why don't I see a page or menu someone else has?
Your employer decides which eX features you can use. If something isn't in your menu, it hasn't been turned on for you. Some pages appear only at certain times, such as Benefit Enrollment during open enrollment. Changes to what you can see may only appear after you sign out and back in.
I made a change, but it hasn't shown up. Why?
Some changes wait for your employer to approve them first:
- profile changes show (Requested Revision) until approved
- new direct deposit accounts show Employer Review
- tax withholding changes show under Requested Changes
Emergency contacts, your signature, your goals and your paperless settings save straight away.
Can I use eX on my phone?
Yes. eX works in your phone's web browser. The pages are the same, but the menu is a row of tabs at the top. See Getting Around eX on a Computer or Phone.
I'm locked out or forgot my password.
Use Forgot your Password? on the sign-in page. See Signing In, Two-Factor Codes and Forgotten Passwords.
My pay, taxes or benefits look wrong.
Contact your payroll administrator. Primepoint provides eX for your employer, but your employer manages your pay, taxes and benefits.
