Signing In, Two-Factor Codes and Forgotten Passwords

1. Go to the eX sign-in page.
2. Enter your Username and Password.
3. Tick Remember Me if you're on your own device.
4. Click Login.

eX may then show something you need to deal with first, such as a message your employer wants you to acknowledge. See Your Messages and Acknowledgements.

eX may ask for a security code (PIN) when you sign in, especially on a new device. It sends the code to the email address or cell phone in your Communication Preferences. See Communication Preferences.

To be asked for a code again on every device, for example after using a shared computer:

On a computer: your name (top right) > Forget Remembered Devices
On a phone: More > Account > Forget Remembered Devices

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot your Password? - Click here.
2. Enter your User Name and the Last 4 Digits of SSN.
3. Click Send Link. eX shows where it sent the link, with part of the email address hidden.
4. Open the email EmployeeXperience Password Reset and click the link within 30 minutes.
5. Enter a New Password, type it again in Confirmation Password, and click Save.

Important: Sending the link clears your current password. You can't sign in again until you set a new one from the link. If the link expires, request a new one.

NOTE: The reset link goes to the email address on your eX account. If you can't open that email, contact your payroll administrator.

1. On the sign-in page, click Need to Enroll? - Click here.
2. Enter your employer's enrollment code, your first and last name, and your Social Security number, then click Next.

eX shows your username in the message "You already have a user account. Your userid is…".

After 5 wrong passwords in a row, your account locks. Use Forgot your Password? to set a new password. That also unlocks your account. If you can't open the reset email, contact your payroll administrator.

On a computer: your name (top right) > Logout
On a phone: More > Logout

Pro-Tip: Always sign out on a shared computer.
